Compensation:
$150,300 - $350,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure commercial properties that align with clients' investment or development goals, ensuring their visions come to life.
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, leasing, or investing process, making complex transactions feel seamless and straightforward.
- Build and nurture relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers, establishing a strong and trusted presence in the industry.
- Stay ahead of market trends and shifts, providing clients with strategic advice that maximizes their success and growth.
- Collaborate with our team to develop innovative marketing strategies that highlight property strengths and attract potential clients.
- Negotiate property deals with confidence and integrity, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties involved.

Qualifications:
