Job Description

Construction Trades Staffing has partnered with a regional economic‐development agency that is seeking a Project Manager to support business growth, community initiatives, and public‐sector development projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, working with local stakeholders, and making a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities

Manage economic‐development projects from start to finish
Serve as a liaison between businesses, municipalities, and community partners
Prepare project documentation, contracts, and compliance reports
Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Conduct site visits and ensure regulatory requirements are met
Support grant applications and funding programs
Represent the agency at meetings, outreach events, and public sessions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in project management, economic development, or municipal/government work
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
Familiarity with government programs or economic‐development incentives is a plus
