Job Qualifications:

- Strong, hands-on experience in AI development and Generative AI solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and GenAI application development.
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered solutions.
- Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical design skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.

- Develop and integrate AI capabilities to enhance ERP functionality and support business processes.
- Leverage Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and AI agent frameworks to build intelligent business solutions.
- Utilize frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI to develop and orchestrate AI agents.
- Design and implement RAG-based solutions to improve information retrieval and contextual AI responses.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI integration and process automation.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, practical AI solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and approaches to support evolving business needs.
