Alliance Workforce is hiring a Heat Transfer Operator for a busy promotional products production facility! If you enjoy hands-on work, have a good eye for detail, and want to be part of a team creating customized products, this is a great opportunity for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate heat transfer equipment to apply custom designs, logos, and images to promotional products.
- Ensure designs are properly aligned and positioned according to customer specifications.
- Review artwork and design templates for accuracy before production.
- Prepare products for heat transfer application.
- Adjust machine settings, including temperature, pressure, and timing, to ensure quality results.
- Inspect finished products for defects and maintain quality standards.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Monitor supplies and notify the appropriate team members when materials need replenishing.
- Follow all safety procedures when operating equipment.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Heat transfer or machine operation experience is a plus.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good hand-eye coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working around heat and production equipment.
