Established steel erection company in the New York metro area, around for 30 years, is adding a Senior Project Manager. They erect complex steel on high-rises, stadiums, airport terminals, hospitals and schools across the Tri-State area.
Ideal candidate:
- Has managed structural steel erection projects, ideally several at once. This is the must-have.
- Comes from the steel side: erector, fabricator/erector, or a GC/CM where steel was your package.
- Has run large NYC steel packages: logistics, sequencing, crane picks and working with the CM on tight sites.
- Based in NYC or NJ and can be on site.
Pay: $120K to $200K base depending on experience.
