Job Description

A nationally respected design-build contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its growing leadership team. With a deep portfolio of large-scale industrial, data center, and cold storage facilities across the country, this firm combines the consistency of a legacy builder with the energy and innovation of a modern construction partner.

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving full-cycle project delivery—from bid review to final turnover
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and site logistics plans
  • Interpreting and implementing owner contract requirements, ensuring compliance and clarity across the team
  • Leading preconstruction meetings, coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams for alignment on milestones and responsibilities
  • Managing subcontractor buyout, including scope definition, contract negotiations, and schedule integration
  • Overseeing project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and design revisions
  • Coordinating commissioning activities, including punch list management and building start-up procedures
  • Collaborating closely with field operations, clients, and internal teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and drive jobsite progress

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field — or equivalent industry experience
  • 5+ years leading industrial/commercial construction projects ranging from $5M to $30M+
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
  • Proven ability to drive project schedules, manage budgets, and solve problems proactively
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, CMiC, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary plus performance-based bonuses
  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
  • Generous paid time off and company holidays
  • Ongoing career development, leadership training, and mentorship
  • A people-first culture that values your perspective and experience
