<p>Growing commercial general contractor headquartered in Houston, with work in Dallas, Austin and San Antonio, is adding an Operations Manager. This is really a Senior PM seat: running ground-up commercial projects and helping run operations. They mainly build restaurants, retail and some tilt-wall.</p>
<p><strong>Ideal candidate:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Has managed ground-up commercial construction projects as a Senior PM or above. This is the must-have.</li>
<li>Comes from the GC side.</li>
<li>Wants room to grow with a strong, growing team.</li>
<li>Based in Houston.</li>
