Job Description:Our client is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a collaborative team building campaign and admin tooling for major brands. This resource will own projects with short turnaround, and take full ownership of both the build and the UI/visual design decisions based on existing style guidelines. The environment moves in a waterfall style, with priorities that can shift same-day and delivery windows as short as a few days.
Job Summary:
-
Own full stack development on projects independently at a mid or senior level, from backend logic through frontend UI
-
Build client-facing tools (e.g., sweepstakes entry frontends) and backend admin tools for managing and viewing campaign data (signups, venue/date capacity, redemption tracking, etc.)
-
Design and build UI/visual presentation of data-facing tools based on existing style guides
-
Build core UI look and feel from scratch when needed, in addition to modifying pre-built frameworks to exact client specifications
-
Build and code supporting pages as needed
-
Juggle multiple concurrent projects throughout the week rather than working on a single long-term product
-
Collaborate with a small team of 2-3 other developers (mix of junior and senior) who support each other across projects while each leading their own work
-
May join internal calls regularly and occasionally client calls
Required Qualifications:
-
5-8+ years of full stack development experience, with 4-5+ years of daily, second-nature use of the core tech stack
-
Strong hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel (backend)
-
Frontend experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind; some Vue or React project experience a plus
-
Familiarity with Bitbucket integrations
-
General understanding of CI/CD concepts
-
Basic familiarity with AWS and S3 (asset storage/management)
-
Agency background strongly preferred
-
Self-sufficient and low-maintenance
-
Comfortable stepping into fast-paced work for high-profile clients and brands
