Industrial Electrical Estimating & Operations Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead all industrial electrical estimating efforts, including bid analysis, scope review, cost modeling, and competitive proposal development
• Oversee bid strategy, risk evaluation, and margin optimization while coordinating closely with operations and field leadership
• Manage full P&L for the Industrial Electrical Division, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance response
• Direct division‑wide scheduling and resource planning, ensuring effective manpower allocation, equipment coordination, and workload forecasting
• Provide operational oversight across projects, supporting planning, execution, issue resolution, safety compliance, and continuous improvement
• Lead and mentor foremen and field personnel, driving performance, development, accountability, communication, and a strong safety culture

Qualifications

• Over five years of experience in industrial electrical construction, estimating, and operations leadership
• Deep expertise in electrical estimating, including bid development, cost analysis, and proposal preparation
• Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and overall project financial performance
• Skilled in manpower planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources across teams
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience guiding cross‑functional teams; holds a TN Electrical License

Salary: $100k - $120k
