✅ Must-Have Skills
- Strong Windows Administration experience (enterprise-level access required)
- Hands-on PowerShell scripting
- Experience with Cloud platforms – AWS & Azure (both preferred)
- Experience with DevOps / CI/CD pipelines and automation
👍 Nice to Have
- Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
- Exposure to AI/GenAI tools for automation or productivity
- Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and infrastructure performance tools
🔥 About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator / Engineer to join a high-performing infrastructure team supporting enterprise-grade environments. This role is heavily focused on Windows administration, hybrid cloud infrastructure, and automation, combining traditional system engineering with modern DevOps practices.
You’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing on-prem and cloud-based systems (AWS & Azure), improving reliability, and driving automation across the environment.
⚡ Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise Windows infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments
- Administer and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, and system software
- Build and manage cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines
- Perform patching, vulnerability remediation, and system upgrades
- Manage and optimize virtualized environments (VMware / Hyper-V)
- Implement monitoring, performance tuning, and proactive system improvements
- Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Drive automation and efficiency using scripting and modern tools
