Electrical Project Engineer / Project Manager

We are currently seeking experienced Electrical Project Engineers and Project Managers to join a growing heavy civil contractor delivering major industrial, infrastructure, water and wastewater projects throughout Northern California.
\n
\n
This is an opportunity to work on large-scale, complex construction projects with strong long-term backlog and significant opportunities for career progression.

What We're Looking For
\n
\n
We are looking for construction professionals with a strong industrial electrical background who are comfortable working in the field and managing complex construction environments.
\n
\n
Ideal candidates will have:
\n
- \n
- 5+ years of total construction experience
- 8+ years preferred for senior-level candidates
- 3+ years of industrial electrical construction experience
- Experience working on large infrastructure or industrial projects
- Strong field construction experience
- Ability to coordinate crews, materials, subcontractors and project activities
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, project controls and utility owner requirements

Preferred Project Experience
\n
Experience within one or more of the following is highly desirable:

- Wastewater plants
- Water treatment facilities
- Industrial processing facilities
- Port electrification projects

\n
This role is not suited to candidates whose experience is exclusively:

- Commercial electrical construction
- Residential electrical construction
- Building/vertical construction
- Design or consultant-side engineering

\n
The successful candidate will have a construction-first mindset and understand how electrical work is delivered in a complex industrial or infrastructure environment.
