Job Description

The Role

\n

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role. As we expand support to our Army customers, we need someone to become an expert on our system, put it in the hands of military users, make sure it gets used to its full potential, and help drive where it goes next.

\n

You will spend most of your time with the units we support either virtually or in person: training military users, working alongside them, troubleshooting in real time, and applying your expertise to ensure our customers get maximum value from our system. You will also own the feedback loop between users and our development team: testing new releases from an operator’s perspective, turning user needs into requirements our developers can build, shaping priorities for future capabilities, and explaining what was built back to users in relatable terms.

\n

Day-to-day work is remote, with in-person support at U.S. Army facilities during exercises and planning events. Candidates near supported installations can expect less travel; those farther away should expect more.

\n

Ideal candidates for this role work independently, take initiative, and apply creative solutions to ambiguous problems.

About STILMAN

\n

Established in 1999, STILMAN Advanced Strategies develops LG-RAID, a software system used by the U.S. Army and other services to generate predictive courses of action (COAs) that adapt dynamically to changing missions and intelligent opponents. LG-RAID is powered by Linguistic Geometry (LG), a unique breakthrough artificial intelligence approach that rapidly produces explainable, tactically sound results in complex, multi-domain environments. It supports mission planning, rehearsal, training, and execution for military users across echelons. This AI approach is fundamentally different from the currently prevalent Large Language Models (LLM).

\n

Our small, tight-knit team has spent more than two decades refining LG-RAID alongside the soldiers who use it. We are 100% remote, distributed across the United States, and collaborate closely. Each team member is self-motivated and treated as an expert, and our focus on meeting our team’s needs and protecting work-life balance has kept turnover exceptionally low.
