The Senior Analyst, Continuous Improvement Engineering will be a pivotal member of a team driving strategic process improvement initiatives within Enterprise Technology. The role is key to enhancing operational efficiencies, leading continuous improvement projects, and supporting AI-driven transformation efforts. The successful candidate will balance technical understanding with strong communication skills, enabling them to influence both engineering teams and executive stakeholders. This role will focus heavily on reengineering processes for AI-first environments, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and driving measurable improvements in performance and customer outcomes.

What type of experience does the right candidate have:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, Operational Excellence, or a related field.
- Six Sigma Certification (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt).
- Demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives through completion.

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
