Job Overview
As a Project Coordinator at Kofile, you will support the successful execution of client projects by assisting project managers and cross-functional teams. You will help coordinate project activities, track progress, maintain documentation, and ensure effective communication across stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a project management environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in coordinating multiple client projects across various departments and locations
- Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, and help identify risks or delays
- Prepare and distribute regular project status updates and reports
- Track project budgets and assist with financial documentation and invoicing
- Help manage change orders and maintain accurate project records
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes
- Maintain project documentation, including KPIs, templates, and best practices
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors
- Support the implementation of PMO tools, processes, and templates
- Provide general administrative support to project managers and leadership
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Preferred Skills
- Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar systems
- Exposure to financial tracking or reporting
- Experience working in a production or operations environment
