Job DescriptionWe are looking for a strategic technology executive to lead infrastructure, platform direction, and technical operations for a growing organization in Haines City, Florida. This role will shape enterprise technology priorities, strengthen core systems, and guide delivery practices that support stability, scalability, and innovation. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership across infrastructure and cloud environments while partnering with teams to align technology decisions with business goals.
Responsibilities:
• Define and drive the overall technology strategy, ensuring infrastructure and platform capabilities support long-term business objectives.
• Lead the design, performance, and reliability of core infrastructure environments, with a focus on scalability, security, and operational excellence.
• Oversee cloud architecture and services within AWS, establishing standards for deployment, governance, and cost-conscious growth.
• Direct network and enterprise technology initiatives involving Cisco-based environments and related connectivity solutions.
• Champion Agile Scrum practices across technology teams to improve planning, delivery speed, collaboration, and accountability.
• Manage technology operations related to computer hardware, lifecycle planning, vendor coordination, and end-user equipment standards.
• Build, mentor, and evaluate high-performing technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strong execution.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize investments, manage risk, and align technical roadmaps with organizational needs.• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role with responsibility for enterprise infrastructure and strategic planning.
• Strong expertise in AWS technologies, including cloud architecture, operational management, and governance.
• Deep knowledge of Cisco technologies and enterprise networking principles.
• Solid background in core infrastructure, including systems reliability, scalability, and security oversight.
• Practical experience leading teams that operate within Agile Scrum delivery frameworks.
• Understanding of computer hardware environments, asset planning, and support lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical strategy clearly to executive and non-technical stakeholders.
