Zing Recruiting is seeking a detail-oriented Data Coordinator II to support a fast-paced calibration and equipment management team. If you have experience working in regulated environments and are skilled with SAP or other asset management systems, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a leading life sciences organization.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain and update equipment records in SAP and related systems
- Perform data entry, documentation review, and record management
- Coordinate calibration scheduling and equipment logistics
- Track equipment shipments and vendor activities
- Prepare and print qualification and compliance documentation
- Support technicians with documentation and administrative tasks
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance within a regulated environment
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree preferred (Bachelor's degree a plus)
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory, or regulated manufacturing environments
- Experience with SAP strongly preferred
- Experience with Blue Mountain, SIMCO, Tiger, or similar asset management software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Experience handling documentation in GMP, GLP, or regulated environments preferred
