Job Summary

Lohmann Therapy Systems North America is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a critical member of our organization, you will inspect, audit, and report on materials, processes, and products to ensure compliance with our standards and customer requirements.

This is a full time, onsite role located in West St. Paul, MN.

  • 3rd shift: 8:00pm to 6:30am, Monday-Thursday (Four 10-hour shifts)

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct inspections to verify product conformance to specifications.
  • Operate various test and measurement equipment such as calipers, rulers, Instron and Nikon.
  • Perform in-process and final inspections on pharmaceutical and medical device products.
  • Review and release production lines.
  • Monitor environmental systems for compliance.
  • Collect and review finished product retain samples.
  • Review controlled records throughout the production process.
  • Perform specialty measurements to support cross-functional departments.

Your Background:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, metric conversion).
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, drawings, and specifications.
  • Experience with basic measuring and testing equipment.
  • Good color discrimination.
  • Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft software.
  • Physical ability to bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to 45 pounds.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Technical degree in Quality Control.
  • 2+ years of experience in quality inspection in a pharmaceutical or medical device environment.
  • Experience working in an ISO and cGMP environment.
