Job Description
The Construction Project Engineer/Junior Project Manager plays a key role in managing mid-size commercial construction projects, supporting the Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role requires close coordination with various stakeholders and hands-on involvement in project documentation, scheduling, and site activities.

Responsibilities

<li>Assist the Project Manager in project planning and execution</li>
<li>Monitor project progress and report status to management</li>
<li>Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors</li>
<li>Manage project documentation, including schedules and change orders</li>
<li>Support quality control and safety compliance on-site</li>
<li>Participate in problem-solving and risk management activities</li>
<li>Facilitate communication between field and office teams</li>
