Job Description
Join a team responsible for the design, integration, and deployment of test equipment supporting advanced sensor systems. Test equipment is deployed to manufacturing and depot facilities both domestically and internationally. Engineers work across RF, power, digital, and analog disciplines and contribute to both hardware and software development.
Responsibilities
- Design test stations and fixtures, including electrical schematic capture and PCB design
- Develop and maintain automated test software
- Execute assigned technical tasks in a collaborative engineering environment
- Support project meetings and provide regular status updates
- Contribute to team-based projects involving 5-10 engineers
Required Qualifications
- STEM Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Experience with electrical test instruments and equipment
- Knowledge of power, RF, digital logic, and analog circuits
- Automated test software development experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading technical projects
- Familiarity with project cost and schedule management (EVMS, MS Project)
- Experience with DoD project development life-cycle processes
Tools & Technologies
- C, C++, C#, LabVIEW, TestStand
- ORCAD and/or Cadence Allegro
- PCB design experience
- Experience in power, RF, or digital logic applications

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Tewksbury, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $80.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
