Key Skillset： Strong background in Machine Learning and LLM models Preferred hands-on experience in development of LLM runtime stack; enabling new LLM model archtectures; developing AgenticAI software stacks and AI agents

Task / Role： This position focuses on enabling next‑generation GenAI workloads on Windows ML platforms, supporting customer adoption, and contributing to the integration of emerging AI models on GPUs. The engineer will play a hands‑on role in platform bring‑up, performance benchmarking & tuning, and customer‑facing enablement activities.

Key Responsibilities: Execute enablement of GenAI and LLM workloads on Windows ML platforms, ensuring reliable operation and optimized performance. Collaborate directly with U.S. customers to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and accelerate Windows ML adoption on hardware. Contribute as a development engineer to integrate and optimize upcoming GenAI models on GPU Execution Platforms.
