A growing commercial plumbing subcontractor in Corona, CA is seeking a Project Coordinator to support commercial construction projects from contract award through completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized, proactive professional who enjoys coordinating details, supporting project teams, and helping keep construction projects moving on schedule.
The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers, field teams, general contractors, vendors, and suppliers in a collaborative onsite environment. This role offers strong career growth potential, including a path toward Project Engineer and Project Manager roles for someone who is eager to build a long-term career in commercial construction project management.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project documentation, plans, specifications, contracts, schedules, and project records.
- Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, inspections, deadlines, and outstanding follow-up items.
- Assist with bids, vendor quotes, material requisitions, procurement, billing, budget tracking, and project closeout.
- Communicate with Project Managers, field teams, general contractors, vendors, and suppliers to support project execution.
- Participate in project meetings and occasional construction site visits to help ensure alignment between office and field operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support timely completion of commercial plumbing project milestones.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, with potential flexibility based on experience.
- Location: Corona, CA. | 100% onsite.
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
