We are partnered with a leading quantitative trading firm looking to hire experienced C++ Software Engineers to work on highly performant, latency-sensitive systems supporting its global trading environment.

This is a core engineering role for someone who enjoys working close to the system level and solving challenging problems across C++, Linux, networking, CPU performance, and distributed systems.

What You’ll Work On:

\n

    \n
  • Building and optimizing high-performance C++ systems
  • \n

  • Developing low-latency market data, execution, and trading infrastructure
  • \n

  • Profiling and optimizing production code for latency and throughput
  • \n

  • Designing reliable, fault-tolerant distributed systems
  • \n

  • Working with Linux, networking, and performance-critical systems
  • \n

  • Improving system and processor-level performance
  • \n

  • Building scalable infrastructure supporting technical and research workflows
  • \n

Engineers have significant ownership and work closely with other highly technical teams to design, build, optimize, and troubleshoot production systems.

What They’re Looking For

\n

    \n
  • 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • \n

  • Strong professional experience with modern C++
  • \n

  • Strong understanding of computer science and software engineering fundamentals
  • \n

  • Experience working in Linux/UNIX environments
  • \n

  • Knowledge of systems performance, networking, concurrency, or distributed systems
  • \n

  • Strong debugging and problem-solving ability
  • \n

  • Ability to reason about software at both the architectural and implementation level
  • \n

  • Interest in performance optimization and technically challenging systems
  • \n
