Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a Master Data Entry Administrator for a 12 Month + Contract. Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)
- Inputs information from a variety of sources into a computer database.
- Manage the Access database looking for data anomalies and resolving them.
- Type in data and codes required to process information.
- Must meet standards for production volume, accuracy, and completeness.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for the system users that rely on our technology platforms to be successful in their roles and to manage our business
- Basic administrative functions such as leveraging our Jira ticketing solutions to support user account maintenance, master data maintenance, running/managing reports and dashboards, understanding basic workflows, translating business needs, completing system/user audits, etc.
- Responsible for setup and maintenance of new users across technology platforms
- Requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work well under various stressful and time-sensitive situations.
- This individual will be involved in process development. This includes creating detailed reports for senior level management and preparing process instructions.
- Reports may include but are not limited to; pivot tables, extensive excel formulas, and linking of workbooks from MS Access to MS Excel. Some basic programming may be involved as well.
- Contacting and making requests of suppliers, creating files to store/archive electronic documents, and performing reviews of information and documents will also be include in this role.
Skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while remaining organized and meeting multiple deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - able to relay technical information to functional users and business information to technical experts
- Experience with process/workflow mapping and demonstrated basic project management skillsets
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations while creating a level of confidence with key stakeholders
- Strong accountability skills; able to work independently and drive progress.
- 2+ years experience with Salesforce/Heroku, Webops, Oracle and strong Excel skills
