Immediate W2 contract position available in Riverdale, GA.
Estimated Duration: 2 Months
Why You're Needed:
This initiative is not a standard dashboard project. The consultant must design enterprise data models, integrate LMS data sources, develop advanced DAX calculations, build executive dashboards, and deliver workforce readiness reporting. A senior consultant brings proven experience in architecture, analytics, and delivery of complex reporting solutions, accelerating implementation and reducing rework.

Job Duties
- Approval, funding, requisition, consultant selection, contracting.
- Discovery and requirements sessions with Technical Training, LMS, IT partners.
- Data architecture, LMS integration, semantic model design, KPI definitions.
- Attendance, enrollment, completion, pass/fail, no-show, and seat utilization reporting.
- Regional analytics, Management Council reporting, executive scorecards, testing and validation.
Target Outcome:
Fully operational enterprise training analytics platform before year-end.
