ComResource is looking for an AI Software Engineer. 
We need someone to assist in designing, developing, and deploying agentic AI workflows and intelligent autonomous systems that deliver enterprise business value.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain agentic workflows and autonomous systems</li>
<li>Develop AI models and integrate them into production applications</li>
<li>Implement orchestration logic for multi-agent systems</li>
<li>Monitor and optimize AI performance in production</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions</li>
</ul>
Essentials:
<ul>
<li>1+ year of GenAI-related development experience</li>
<li>Proficiency with Amazon Bedrock</li>
<li>Engineering experience with agentic AI and/or Retrieval-Augmented Generation</li>
</ul>
Desired:
<ul>
<li>Experience taking AI from proof of concept to enterprise deployment</li>
</ul>
