- Minimum two years’ experience in desktop support (Windows 7/10, Office 365, Adobe Professional)
- Proficiency in Active Directory administration
- Demonstrated SharePoint support experience
- Strong printer support and print server administration capabilities
- Experience with ServiceNow incident reporting
- Desktop imaging management and inventory support expertise
- Excellent customer service skills with personable, desk-side engagement
- High school diploma or GED with relevant support experience; vocational/technical degree in computer technology or closely related field preferred
