The Elite Group, one of northeast Wisconsin’s larges promotional distributors, is seeking a responsible and driven E-Commerce Specialist to add on to our customer service team. We are seeking the right individual to assist our internal sales and with clients. The main responsibilities include:

- Candidate will learn our dynamic template-based e-commerce platform
- Build new sites on the appropriate platform, depending on customer needs. With attention to detail, will set up and test settings for payment and shipment options, product specs, taxes and other site settings as needed.
- Add new products to customer sites as needed.
- Add/remove and manage users on websites where needed including resetting passwords, updating account balances, logging changes on reports, and other tasks as needed.
- Run various template and custom reports
- Audit existing stores for consistency and cleaning up as needed.
- Organize and maintain organization of digital assets by store/customer.
- Handle day-to-day miscellaneous tasks like website updates, inventory management, order status inquiries
- Maintain e-commerce project calendar based on open and close date for non-permanent/pop-up stores.
- As needed, run reports for customers as requested prior to ordering deadlines.
- Upon store closings, downloading and formatting order reports.

- Skills required:
- Have strong written communication skills, attention to detail including spelling/grammar in website proofing and day-to-day communication with customers.
- Be able effectively and clearly communicate with internal customer service and sales reps, as well as with customers as needed.
- Have basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Good time management skills, including being able to re-prioritize confidently and communicate clearly with reps and customers as issues arise.
