Requires Travel to client locations across the US
What You’ll Do
Customer Support Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to expert for operational and technical support, helping customers maximize their equipment performance.
- Lead engaging operator training sessions both onsite and at customer facilities.
- Provide responsive phone-based support, resolving technical inquiries with confidence and clarity.
- Collaborate with clients on-site to develop optimized application processes tailored to their needs.
Sales Support Responsibilities:
- Partner with our sales team to deliver compelling technical demonstrations that showcase the power of our machines.
- Conduct live machine demos during customer visits and industry trade shows.
- Process sample jobs for prospective clients, helping them visualize the value we bring.
- Contribute to product innovation by developing cutting-edge technology for new CNC models.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in customer service and sales support, ideally in a technical or manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—to connect with clients and internal teams.
- Solid technical aptitude and a passion for learning new technologies.
- Confident presentation skills to lead training and demo sessions.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery or a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to travel for onsite support and industry events.
Experience Level
Intermediate – Ideal for professionals with a few years of experience looking to grow in a technical support and client-facing role.

This is a Permanent position based out of Elgin, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
