We are looking for a versatile and skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Edina, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will provide both remote and onsite support to a wide range of clients, ensuring optimal performance of systems, networks, and devices.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical support for desktops, servers, networking equipment, and mobile devices across multiple client environments.
• Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain Windows Server systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Manage and resolve issues related to firewalls, networking infrastructure, and Citrix technologies.
• Provide onsite and remote assistance to clients, ensuring their systems operate efficiently and securely.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, implementing preventive measures to minimize downtime.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent technical issues as needed.
• Track and report mileage for client visits, ensuring accurate reimbursement records.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service and technical solutions.
• Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
• Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced IT environment supporting multiple clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows 10.
• Hands-on experience with Dell and Citrix technologies as well as Mac OS.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls and networking systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic client environments.
• Availability for occasional travel as required to support onsite client needs.
