- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Teamcenter PLM and Active Workspace (AWC) solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement Teamcenter workflows, data models, and access controls.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team and end-users.
- Perform system administration tasks, including user management, security, and performance monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Teamcenter and AWC.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and training materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Teamcenter and AWC features and functionalities.
- Participate in system upgrades and migrations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
- Act as a Tech Lead across multiple vendor teams.
- Guide developers and QA engineers through solutioning and deployment.
- Architect scalable, high-performance PLM frameworks tailored to electronics manufacturing needs.
- Lead technical design, coding, and troubleshooting.
- Enable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, SSIS, and Microsoft DevOps.
- Conduct unit testing, performance validation using Selenium, LoadRunner, JMeter.
- Use HP ALM for traceability and test management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 14+ years of hands-on experience in Teamcenter PLM implementations.
- Certified in Teamcenter 12 or above.
- Strong development experience in Java, SOAP, REST APIs.
- In-depth knowledge of PLM architectures, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven leadership in multi-vendor, multi-geography delivery environments
