Core duties

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Conduct scheduled inspections, tests, and troubleshooting to ensure peak efficiency.
• Diagnose equipment faults and implement effective, code-compliant solutions.
• Accurately log service calls, repairs, and installations.
• Educate clients on system operation and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Stay informed on industry developments and tools.

What you’ll need to succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC trade certification preferred.
• Proven field experience as an HVAC technician or similar.
• Deep familiarity with HVAC systems, controls, and the tools of the trade.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
