What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and resolve support tickets with speed and accuracy
  • Perform Tier 1 & Tier 2 troubleshooting
  • Support Microsoft 365 and business-class infrastructure
  • Document systems and solutions clearly
  • Track time accurately in real-time
  • Provide onsite support as needed
  • Participate in an on-call rotation


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
  • CompTIA certifications and/or related degree
  • Microsoft 365 troubleshooting experience
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Self-starter with a team-first mindset
  • Reliable transportation for client visits
