What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and resolve support tickets with speed and accuracy
- Perform Tier 1 & Tier 2 troubleshooting
- Support Microsoft 365 and business-class infrastructure
- Document systems and solutions clearly
- Track time accurately in real-time
- Provide onsite support as needed
- Participate in an on-call rotation
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA certifications and/or related degree
- Microsoft 365 troubleshooting experience
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Self-starter with a team-first mindset
- Reliable transportation for client visits
