IT Team Leader

About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on IT Team Leader who’s passionate about building strong teams, solving complex problems, and keeping mission-critical systems running at peak performance.
In this role, you’ll oversee a talented team of IT Specialists responsible for managing and supporting all systems, networks, and infrastructure that keep our operation moving. You’ll be both a leader and a technical expert — guiding your team, planning initiatives, and ensuring that every system runs with maximum availability, performance, and security.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor the IT team to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure solutions.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of operating systems, hardware, software, and system management tools.
- Plan daily and long-term IT tasks, set priorities, and evaluate results for continuous improvement.
- Maintain system security, backup, and redundancy strategies while safeguarding confidentiality.
- Proactively assess system performance and propose upgrades or improvements.
- Provide training and technical guidance to staff and end users on emerging technologies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate across departments and global locations to deliver consistent IT excellence.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT systems, infrastructure, and application management.
- Excellent knowledge of networking, hardware, and system management tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills — able to motivate, coach, and develop others.
- High integrity, organizational discipline, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions under pressure.
