Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, multi-year programs focused on organizational transformation, stakeholder engagement, operational improvement, infrastructure initiatives, and performance management.
The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project execution, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors, manage client relationships, and ensure successful delivery of program objectives, schedules, budgets, and reporting requirements.
Responsibilities:
· Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables.
· Lead cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and subject matter experts.
· Maintain project plans, status reports, risk registers, and executive dashboards.
· Coordinate stakeholder meetings, governance reviews, and decision-making processes.
· Ensure quality, compliance, and timely completion of contractual deliverables.
· Identify issues, develop mitigation strategies, and drive corrective actions.
· Support client relationship management and executive communications.
What You'll Do as a Senior Project Manager:
Project Management:
· Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
· Take high-level business objectives and break them down into detailed project plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
· Assess and allocate resources across competing priorities, ensuring optimal utilization of talent and budget.
· Shape and form the roadmap - leverage strategic knowledge, combined with granular understanding of project capabilities, to develop realistic, achievable roadmaps that align ambitious goals with execution realities
· Manage client expectations effectively, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Executive Communication & Transparency
· Provide executive-level project visibility through comprehensive status reports, business reviews, and strategic updates
· Communicate project health - deliver transparent updates on progress, risks, budget status, and timeline projections
· Enable informed decision-making by providing accurate, timely information about project trade-offs and resource needs
· Drive alignment between project execution and objectives through clear, consistent communication
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience
· MBA, JD, or PhD in Public Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
· Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables.
· Lead cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and subject matter experts.

· Demonstrated ability to keep technical teams accountable to aggressive timelines and quality standards
