Heat Transfer Application Specialist
Location: Largo, FL
Pay: $14.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Do
• Operate heat transfer equipment to apply designs, logos, and images to products
• Ensure proper alignment and placement based on customer specifications
• Review design templates for accuracy before application
• Prepare materials by cleaning and pre-treating surfaces
• Monitor transfer process and adjust temperature, pressure, and timing as needed
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Work with quality control to ensure finished products meet standards
• Track and help manage inventory of transfer materials
• Follow all safety procedures in a production environment
What You Need
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Experience with heat transfer equipment is a plus
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and stay consistent
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
• Standing and moving throughout the shift
• Repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Exposure to heat and noise from machinery
