We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator II to join our pharma clients team in Lake County, Illinois. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to contribute to critical sampling operations, coordinate with vendors, and support field sales—all in a collaborative and innovative setting.

In this pivotal role, you will manage relationships with field sales representatives and external vendors, troubleshoot escalated issues within systems like Veeva (Salesforce), and oversee logistical operations involving shipping and tracking incidents. Your expertise in Excel, call center/customer service experience, and familiarity with pharmaceutical logistics will help keep our operations running smoothly. Requirements:

• 2-4 years of customer support experience

• Pharmaceutical experience a plus

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communications skills: verbal, presentation, written
