Job DescriptionMicroHealth is seeking an experienced Senior Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a seasoned professional who will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive automated testing solutions to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using relevant testing frameworks and tools
- Design and implement API testing automation using tools like REST Assured, Postman, or similar frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test objectives and criteria, ensuring comprehensive test coverage
- Develop automated visual regression testing to ensure UI consistency across different browsers and devices
- Create comprehensive test reports and dashboards for stakeholder visibility
- Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers for quick resolution
- Execute functional, regression, and performance testing to confirm software functionalities and quality
- Participate in code reviews for test automation scripts to ensure quality and maintainability
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 12+ years of hands-on experience with test automation
- Proficient in test automation tools and frameworks including:
- Selenium
- Cucumber
- TestNG
- Playwright
- JUnit or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of cloud testing platforms
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, or GitLab
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for test environment setup
- Familiarity with load testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, K6)
- Experience working in Agile environments
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit.
