Job DescriptionMicroHealth is seeking an experienced Senior Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a seasoned professional who will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive automated testing solutions to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using relevant testing frameworks and tools
  • Design and implement API testing automation using tools like REST Assured, Postman, or similar frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test objectives and criteria, ensuring comprehensive test coverage
  • Develop automated visual regression testing to ensure UI consistency across different browsers and devices
  • Create comprehensive test reports and dashboards for stakeholder visibility
  • Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers for quick resolution
  • Execute functional, regression, and performance testing to confirm software functionalities and quality
  • Participate in code reviews for test automation scripts to ensure quality and maintainability

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 12+ years of hands-on experience with test automation
  • Proficient in test automation tools and frameworks including:
    • Selenium
    • Cucumber
    • TestNG
    • Playwright
    • JUnit or similar frameworks
  • Knowledge of cloud testing platforms
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, or GitLab
  • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, Java, or JavaScript
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for test environment setup
  • Familiarity with load testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, K6)
  • Experience working in Agile environments


Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand.
