Key Responsibilities
- Perform wet chemical analyses and routine laboratory testing
- Prepare, standardize, and maintain laboratory reagents and chemical solutions
- Manage inventory of chemicals, reagents, and laboratory supplies
- Interpret MSDS information and ensure proper handling of chemicals
- Conduct product testing based on established testing matrices and specifications
- Record test results, maintain logbooks, and generate SPC charts for data analysis
- Utilize SAP to access product specifications and testing requirements
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, including pH meters, viscometers, scales, and autotitrators
- Conduct Finish Case Inspections and quality checks on packaging lines
- Prepare and maintain Target/Reject bottles
- Maintain laboratory housekeeping and support continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field
- Laboratory or Quality-related certifications
