Job DescriptionEntry Level Project CoordinatorPosition Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and build a long-term career in project management.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has a positive attitude. We are less concerned about previous project management experience and more interested in finding someone who is dependable, coachable, and excited to grow within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of projects
- Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate meetings, take notes, and distribute action items
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding project updates
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
- Monitor project progress and identify potential scheduling or resource issues
- Support the preparation of project presentations and status reports
- Help ensure projects are completed on time and within established guidelines
- Learn and utilize project management tools and processes
- Provide administrative and logistical support to project teams as needed
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred
- Recent college graduate in Business, Communications, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Internship, campus leadership, customer service, or team project experience
- Familiarity with project management concepts or software tools

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
