Join United Care as a caregiver for clients with special needs. We’re looking for compassionate professionals to provide structured and nurturing support for individuals with special needs and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living tasks and routines
- Provide behavioral and emotional support
- Engage clients in therapeutic or recreational activities
- Support communication and social interaction
- Monitor health and document progress
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- ABA training or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in developmental disabilities or human services is a plus.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Requirements
- must be 18+ years old
- 1-2 years’ experience is required.
- Negative TB test results or chest X-ray documentation in compliance with state regulations.
- Legal to work in the U.S.
- Active California Home Care Aide registration.
