Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major municipal wastewater infrastructure projects throughout the Northeast, including multiple projects currently valued between $100M-$150M.
\n
\n
This role will provide leadership from design and preconstruction through project delivery, overseeing budgets, schedules, constructability reviews, procurement strategy, client relationships, and project execution.
\n
\n
Required Experience
\n
- \n
- 15+ years of construction project management experience
- Proven experience delivering large-scale wastewater, water, or municipal infrastructure projects
- Strong background in heavy civil construction
- Experience managing projects valued at $50M+ preferred
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, contract administration, and risk management
- Strong communication and leadership skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience supporting preconstruction, constructability reviews, and execution planning
