🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Earnix Tech Lead / Lead Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Earnix pricing model configuration and deep knowledge of BFSI pricing domains. The ideal candidate will lead technical implementations, integrations, and advanced pricing solutions within insurance or fintech environments.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Earnix pricing models, including rate tables, rate order calculations, and data integrations
- Perform advanced data extraction and analysis using SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / MySQL)
- Integrate Earnix with peripheral systems, particularly Guidewire in P&C insurance contexts
- Support pricing strategy development, customer behavior modeling, and product optimization
- Collaborate in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams
🔹 Essential Skills
- Hands-on Earnix software configuration
- Strong SQL expertise with BFSI pricing domain knowledge
- Experience in insurance or fintech pricing models
🔹 Desirable Skills
- Scripting experience with Python or R
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and customer analytics
- Exposure to Agile delivery models
