Experience:

Minimum of three years of prior experience is expected; advanced degrees in science may be considered to be sufficient
Translate URS requirements into practical system solutions with the system integrator (external expert company)
Conduct informal UAT to verify functionality before formal testing
Enable IT & QA to deliver high-quality FS and DS on time and in full (OTIF)
Assess business criticality of Phase 2 requirements to minimize complexity ( "Remove & Reduce” – favor process change over configuration)

Job Tasks

Support interface realization (MES, SAP, CDS) by providing and executing proper test cases
Identify critical issues and escalate strategically when necessary
Align cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth integration
Run business test cases to verify accuracy of configuration

Technical Skills

Deep QC process knowledge (current & future global standards)
Basic project management (timelines, deliverables, dependencies)
GMP & CSV expertise to ensure compliance and validation
Technical fluency – able to challenge IT and external vendors on technical topics
