DevSecOps Lead – Senior Manager

\n

Job Summary:

\n

\n
• Lead and implement DevSecOps practices across multiple projects.

\n

• Integrate security throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

\n

• Drive collaboration between Development, Operations, and Security teams.

\n

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, and risks.

\n

• Promote a culture of security, automation, and continuous improvement.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Lead DevSecOps implementation and security initiatives.

\n

• Define and implement security requirements and best practices.

\n

• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and resources.

\n

• Conduct DevSecOps training and security awareness workshops.

\n

• Improve application and infrastructure security through automated testing and monitoring.

\n

• Communicate project status and security initiatives to stakeholders.

\n

• Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities and development risks.

\n

• Stay updated with DevSecOps trends and emerging technologies.

\n

\n

Mandatory Skills:

\n

\n
• Strong DevOps knowledge and experience.

\n

• Strong understanding of DevSecOps and security practices.

\n

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

\n

• Proficiency in security tools and technologies.

\n

• Strong Project Management experience.

\n

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

\n

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

\n

\n

Preferred Skills:

\n

\n
• AWS / Azure / GCP and cloud security.

\n

• Docker / Kubernetes.

\n

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

\n

• Security/compliance frameworks: GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS.

\n

• DevOps/Security certifications such as AWS DevOps Engineer or CISSP.

\n

\n

Education:

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

\n

• Master’s degree or relevant Project Management/Security certifications preferred.
