Hours: Mon – Thurs 7:00a – 5:30 and Friday 7-11 (4 - 9 hour days and ½ day on Friday)
Job Title: Project Coordinator
Join the dynamic team at Adecco as a Project Coordinator, where your organizational skills and attention to detail will drive the success of impactful projects. In this role, you will support project management activities, coordinate team efforts, and ensure seamless execution of project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and logistical support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation.

Assist in developing, planning, and executing meeting agendas while preparing and distributing materials.

Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring team members contribute on schedule.

Identify potential bottlenecks or process issues and collaborate with management to resolve challenges promptly.

Prepare detailed progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.

Communicate effectively with personnel and managers involved in project activities.

Perform incidental project management tasks such as research, analysis, and implementation of action items.

Act as a team lead on small projects, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
Qualifications:
-
Associates Degree required; Bachelors Degree preferred.

1 year of direct experience in project management; 2 years preferred.

Excellent interpersonal, conflict management, and negotiation skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and workflow/process analysis skills.

Adept at research related to project issues.

Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-
Proficient in computer applications relevant to project coordination.

Pay Details: $18.50 to $20.00 per hour
