We are hiring a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer to lead firmware development for next-generation smart home devices. You will architect connected IoT solutions using the Matter standard (Wi-Fi & Thread), ensuring interoperability across Apple Home, Google Home, and Amazon Alexa.

What You'll Do

- Build production-grade C/C++ firmware using FreeRTOS or Zephyr RTOS.
- Implement Matter-over-Wi-Fi/Thread, OpenThread Border Router (OTBR), and BLE onboarding flows.
- Connect devices securely to Azure IoT Hub using MQTT, TLS, and Device Provisioning Service (DPS).
- Design fail-safe, dual-bank OTA update architectures and secure boot flows.
- Resolve ecosystem interoperability issues and prepare devices for CSA Matter certification.

What We're Looking For
\n
- \n
- 8+ years of embedded C/C++ firmware engineering experience.
- Deep IoT Protocol Expertise: Matter, Thread, BLE 5.x, and Wi-Fi stacks.
- RTOS & Bootloaders: FreeRTOS or Zephyr, plus dual-bank OTA updates (e.g., MCUBoot).
- Security & Cloud: TLS/SSL, PKI, secure boot, and Azure IoT Hub (or AWS IoT Core).
- Hardware Debugging: JTAG/SWD, logic analyzers, and Wireshark RF sniffing.
