Location: Coppell, Texas

Requirements
The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, enhance, test, implement, and deploy software applications based on functional and detailed design requirements. The role requires strong hands-on development skills, collaboration with business and technology stakeholders, and adherence to software development, quality assurance, configuration, and change-management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, implement, and deploy software applications.
- Translate business and technical requirements into effective software solutions.
- Collaborate with clients, IT teams, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code and create technical documentation.
- Follow software configuration, version control, testing, and quality-management processes.
- Troubleshoot complex application and system issues and identify root causes.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Participate in Agile development and project activities.
- Provide technical guidance to less-experienced developers when required.
- Contribute to technical solutions, estimates, documentation, and project deliverables.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Required Technical Skills
Must Have
- 7+ years: C#
- 7+ years: .NET Framework 4.5+
- 7+ years: T-SQL / SQL Server
- 2+ years: .NET Core
- 2+ years: JavaScript
- 2+ years: REST APIs
- 2+ years: Entity Framework
- Strong hands-on software development experience.
- Experience across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with structured development and quality processes.
- Strong debugging and complex problem-solving skills.
- Experience with source/code management, version control, unit testing, and integration testing.
