IT Support Specialist – Nashville, TN (On-site + Regional Support)
Supports Nashville, Franklin, and Memphis offices
Stites & Harbison is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist with extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software, network maintenance, and industry trendsto join our team in Nashville, TN.
In this role, you’ll oversee IT systems and assets, manage support requests, assist with upgrades and fixes, and provide hands-on support and training to staff. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Nashville, Franklin, and Memphis offices.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide first-level IT support to attorneys and staff across multiple offices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, video conferencing, mobile devices, and more
- Image and configure laptops and workstations
- Manage service desk tickets and ensure timely resolution
- Research and evaluate new hardware, software, and technology trends
- Translate complex IT issues into clear, simple explanations for users
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate degree in Computer Science or 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures and system performance monitoring tools including Office 360, Android, Windows 10, 11, MacOSx or higher, Microsoft Teams, and desktop/laptop imaging technologies
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to other offices as needed
- Willingness to work after hours, including weekends and holidays, in emergency situations
- Ability to work remotely when required
- Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion
Bonus Points For:
- A+ or other IT certifications
- Experience with legal tech like Aderant, Intapp, Litera, or other law firm software
