As a Product Validation Engineer, you will work in a collaborative, high-impact environment focused on validating advanced storage systems and ASIC platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented engineer who thrives in cross-functional settings and has strong experience in system-level validation, test plan development, and hands-on debugging.
Key Responsibilities

Lead product validation activities, including test plan creation, execution, and failure analysis.

Conduct performance characterization and root-cause analysis of anomalies in ASIC and storage systems.

Develop and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, matrices, and reports for new features and regression testing.

Collaborate cross-functionally with ASIC, firmware, hardware, and software teams to improve validation methodologies and drive quality improvements.

Define and execute validation strategies based on customer feedback and product requirements.

Support configuration, troubleshooting, and revision control of test and customer systems.

Contribute to test automation and continuous improvement of validation workflows.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

8–10+ years of experience in system-level validation, test engineering, or QA engineering in relevant domains (semiconductors, storage systems, networking).

Proven experience in test plan development, execution, and issue resolution in a product development environment.

Strong hands-on validation experience with storage systems (e.g., NVMe) and/or networking protocols (Ethernet, TCP/IP).

Proficiency with scripting/programming (Python preferred, Bash, C/C++ also valuable).

Solid understanding of system architecture, power management flows, and platform integration.

Experience with debug tools and methodologies for root-cause analysis.

Comfortable operating in Linux-based test environments.
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with security protocols such as TLS 1.3, IPsec, Secure Boot, Secure Firmware Download.

Experience with Wireshark or other traffic analysis tools.

Background in ASIC validation or firmware/hardware integration.

Strong automation skills and experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
