Job Description

Job Title: Technical Support Coordinator

Pay rate:$18.50/hr on W2Location: Must live within 1.5 hours of Mason, OH

Job Summary:
Seeking 20 candidates to provide inbound phone and chat support for store systems. Candidates will troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and Windows issues, and support customers with empathy and accuracy. Position is remote after completing 2–3 weeks of in-office training and passing quality metrics.

Job Requirements:

Technical aptitude required (Windows, hardware/software troubleshooting)
Open availability across department hours:
- Mon–Fri: 8 AM–12 AM | Sat: 9 AM–10 PM | Sun: 10 AM–10 PM
Shifts range between 8 AM to 3:30 PM start times, 1 weekend shift required
Previous tech support or call center experience preferred
Strong communication and empathy skills
Must pass call quality during in-office period to go remote
Clear criminal background check required
HS diploma/GED required for perm conversion, not for starting temp role
Local candidates only — within 1.5 hrs driving distance from Mason, OH

Shifts:

Assigned during training
Availability must fall between 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Mon–Fri) with one weekend day required
